What are your rates?

We have a $250 minimum charge per visit. For smaller handyman jobs we generally charge by the job or time and materials. For larger projects and renovations, we offer flat rate pricing based on a defined scope of work. Please fill out the form or send us a message with photos and a description of your project for a free estimate.

Who will be doing the work?

Christian or Alex perform most of the handyman jobs, although certain jobs may require more than 1 person or will require a subcontractor, if this is the case we will let you know beforehand.

Yes SB Pro-fix is a California state licensed B2 Remodeling company(licence #1137988). We also carry $1,000,000 general liability insurance and hold a $25k contractor bond and commercial vehicle insurance.
